WeserfunkeWho is behind Weserfunke
Hi, we're Lena and Patrick from Bad Münder, and that's Bifi, our dog, in the photo too. We built Weserfunke together: the idea, the website and the partnerships with the restaurants. Bifi is in charge of good vibes.
What we do ourselves
- We check every application. We look at the questionnaire, selfie and ID ourselves. The ID photo is deleted afterwards.
- We choose. Who sits with whom at a table, we decide based on the answers in the questionnaire, the free evenings and the journey to the restaurant.
- We know the restaurants. We have spoken or written to every partner restaurant ourselves before it went on the list.
- We read your message. If you write to us, we answer personally. Bifi reads along too, but only replies to treats.
Why your bank statement says Cyberdox
Yes, an IT business does blind dates. Who goes out to eat with whom is still decided by the two of us. Weserfunke is a project of our company Cyberdox IT Service e.K., Patrick's IT business. Invoices and payments go through it, which is why this name appears on your bank statement and in the legal notice.
Your data
We only store what's needed for matchmaking, and there are no tracking services and no advertising cookies. Beforehand your date only learns your first name, age and your three sentences, and your mobile number only once you've both said yes. Who else receives anything, for example the payment provider, is in the privacy policy.
